-These ears are handmade and may vary slightly from the pictures.
-Colors may look different on your computer.
-The design is in the front of the ears, the back has a coordinated material but no design. If you want a double-sided design send me a message to arrange the listing.
-Ears fit most, they are one size and fit from approximately ages 5 and up.
✽CARE INSTRUCTIONS✽
-Do not wash, if the ears get dirty clean them carefully with a wet cloth or wipe.
-They are NOT waterproof or water-resistant. It is recommended to be put away if you are going to get soaked or if it starts raining.
-Do NOT leave them in the car in extreme heat it might damage the materials.
-When riding high-velocity rides, take them off and place them in a safe area to avoid the ears flying away.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we'll be happy to resolve the issue with you.
Refunds are available only under certain circumstances by approval of the administrator, these include but are not limited to wrong items or manufacturing errors. These will be valid as long as the products have not been used, modified, or damaged in any way.
Custom orders are non-refundable, you can ask for a proof photo prior to shipping to make sure the details are correct. Take into consideration that colors might vary from screen to screen and in-person and refunds will not be provided for this reason.
After 30 days, there will not be any accepted returns, refunds, or exchanges. If any error is found should be communicated to the shop administrators within this timeframe.
